Quiero enseñarle herramientas para que se sienta empoderado. Quiero ayudarle a tener confianza en sí mismo para superar cualquier cosa. Me gusta ser creativa con la terapia y hay muchas formas en que podemos utilizar la terapia para aumentar el amor propio y para desarrollar su autoestima.

La terapia no siempre es fácil. Mi objetivo es ayudarlo a entenderse a sí mismo en un nivel más profundo, para que pueda obtener la claridad que necesita para moverse en la dirección hacia sus metas y objetivos. Es un trabajo duro cambiar patrones que ya no funcionan, pero vale la pena.

No le tengo miedo al trabajo duro, pues soy hija de inmigrantes de México. Estoy orgullosa de quién soy, de mi cultura, y de mi identidad como chicana. Juntos, trabajaremos para mejorar las cosas.

I want to give you tools to feel empowered. I want to help you gain the confidence to overcome anything. I like being creative with therapy and there are so many ways we can use therapy for self-discovery, for increasing self-love, and for building confidence about your self-worth.

Make no mistake, therapy isn’t always easy. My goal is to help you understand yourself at a deeper level - so you can gain the clarity you need to move in the right direction for you and your goals. It’s hard work to change patterns that aren’t working anymore - but it’s so worth it.

I’m not afraid of hard work. I’m the daughter of hard-working immigrants from Mexico. I’m proud of who I am - of my heritage and culture - of my identity as a strong Chicana. Together, we’ll work to make things better.
